Includes manual, power cord, CBTM3 ME-NE-PE Test Module and Rating Plug, Self Test Module, which fails with Read Only Memory Failure. All other functions with the ME-NE-PE module seem to work fine.

Excellent previously used condition. Powers on and appears to be operational with the ME-NE-PE module.
