Shipping Policy

Orders dispatched within 24 Hours / 1 working day and Freight Heavy Weight items 3 working days after payment confirmation.
Worldwide shipping through DHL, FedEx Fast Delivery Service on DAP basis.
Buyer responsible for paying any customs clearance or import duties, VAT & other applicable fees by Authorities.

Order Tracking
We will provide order tracking details as soon as the order is dispatched.
Orders shipped to the address provided at the time of payment.
Change of address must be informed through email or contact us page before dispatch

Responsibility
Once the order is dispatched, we are not responsible for any changes in delivery terms, address, or lost items.

Estimated delivery time
7-21 working days from Indonesia, depending on delivery address.(may be delayed due to customs or changes in international shipment policy).

The buyer is responsible for any custom clearance or VAT & import duties in buyer’s country.

Return Policy

We offer a 60-day return policy for most items from the date of delivery.
Tested equipment backed by a 60-Day warranty (unless stated otherwise). We professionally package your technical equipment for safe transport, we use heavy weight double wall boxes with padding and anti-static packaging for sensitive electronic equipment.

Condition
The item must be returned in its original condition, with all original packaging and accessories.

Communication
If you would like to return an item, please contact us through our website or email for instructions and the return address.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected. If the item is not in its original condition, we may refuse the return or deduct a restocking fee.

Free Return Shipping
The Seller is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Buyer pays for return cost if purchase wrong item, does not like item. (No error from Seller Side)
